Benton-Bryant Reservations & Cancellation Policy

Please Note: The reservation, cancellation, and refund policies stated below are valid only at this Camp Bow Wow location and may vary from Camp to Camp. Please contact Camp Bow Wow Benton-Bryant at (501) 712-7773 for specific details.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MC, Discover, and American Express. Cash and Check are not accepted at this time.

Holidays

• A 2-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
• A holiday period is considered 2 days before and 2 days after the actual holiday.
• A credit card must be left on file at the time of booking to confirm your holiday reservation.
• Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
• If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within two weeks of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
• 7 days' notice for reservation cancellations for holiday boarding is required to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within the 7-day period prior to the holiday reservation check-in date and "no-shows" forfeit their 50% deposit.
• Major holidays and peak times will be subject to seasonal pricing of a $5 additional fee per night per dog.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

Holiday Check In/Out

Check-In: Check-in as early as you'd like on the day of drop-off so your Camper can enjoy more playtime!

Check-Out: Check-out can be any time during business hours. We ask that you confirm your approximate time of check out at drop-off so that we may efficiently expedite the check out process.

• Check with Camp on hours on the major holidays listed below
• Our lobby is closed on Thanksgiving day and Christmas Day; therefore there will be no drop offs or pick ups.

2025 Holidays

• New Year's Day: December 31st, 2024 - January 2nd, 2025*
• Spring Break: March 21st - March 30th
• Easter Weekend: April 20th
• Memorial Day: May 25^th - May 27th*
• Independence Day: July 3^rd - July 5th*
• Labor Day: August 31st - September 2nd*
• Thanksgiving: November 26^th - November 28st*
• Christmas Eve and Day: December 24^th - December 26th*
• New Year's Day: December 31st, 2025 - January 2nd , 2026*

Day Care Packages

• No package refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase unless the dog is dismissed.
• For package refunds within 30 days, day care packages will be charged at a full or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased).
• Day Care packages expire one (1) year from purchase date. Any days not used will be forfeited.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Multiple dog rates are based on all dogs from the same family staying in the same Cabin
• Only one discount per stay per family
• Discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts, multiple dog discounts, or boarding packages
• 401K-9, VIP, and Military discounts available only at full rate.
