  • Jason and Scarlett Owner

    Coming from a chemical engineering background, Jason was excited to put the corporate world away and pursue his dream of owning his own business with his wife of 23 years, Scarlett. Scarlett had a strong background in the animal care industry as a vet tech. Scarlett was one of the first to open a mobile grooming business in SE Louisiana in 2004 which quickly prompted them into joining the Camp Bow Wow Family after a few years of running her own business. Jason and Scarlett are excited to be a part of Camp Bow Wow and grow their small business footprint throughout the southeast. Jason and Scarlett share their passion for Camp Bow Wow with their three dogs and three children.

  • Jessica Director of Marketing & Operations

    Jessica has been with Camp Bow Wow since 2015. She has brought dedication and positive results to Camp. Jessica’s degree in health systems management provided her with strong leadership skills & knowledge which made her the perfect fit to be our director. Her positive energy continuously drives her to always go above and beyond. When she is not working, she spends her free time with friends, family and her gorgeous, golden retriever named Ziess”.

    Skills and Experience

    Background: I have a background in Fine Arts and Business with several years in management and security.

    Additional Skills/Qualifications: Associates Degree in Fine Art and Business, Pet First-Aid and CPR certified, Human First-Aid and CPR certified.

    Hobbies/Interests: I enjoy gardening, fishing, painting, and spending time with family.

    Fun Facts

    What I love most about my job: I love getting to know each dog and their unique personalities, but the best thing is seeing them all tuckered out from playing by the end of the day.

    My pets: I have two dogs and two cats. My dogs names are Salem and Koda, a Staffordshire Terrier Mix and Texas Heeler. My cats names are Obby and Rhea.

  • Brandy Assistant Camp Manager
    Brandy has been with camp for almost a year. She has two dogs of her own, a Bulldog and a Standard Poodle. Originally coming from a nursing background Brandy has made the major career change and found working with animals to be a true passion. Her positive energy is infectious and she tries to show that in her work every day.
  • Melinda Years with Camp Bow Wow: 3 years Certified Dog Groomer

    Skills and Experience

    Background: It all started when I was a child. I wanted Lassie so my mom bought me my first Collie when I was 12. I have loved dogs as far back as I can remember.

    Additional Skills/Qualifications: I have worked all my life with dogs. I worked for several boarding kennels, thoughout my life. I began training dogs at a very early age. I started grooming 11 years ago after going through a grooming academy. I have been grooming ever since.

    Hobbies/Interests: My hobbies are my dogs and working with dogs. I like competing in dog shows, doing obedience competitions and showing off my skills in grooming!

    Fun Fats: I live to see my grandchildren as much as I can, and my 3 boys! I have been married for 37 years, so family is important to me!

    What I love most about my job: I really enjoy working around dogs and making them beautiful. Dogs are my passion! I like to take my time with each dog I groom, so they can look their asbolute best! I take pride in my work!

    My Pets: I have 6 German Sheperds currently. They take up a lot of my time with grooming, mostly brushing as they are nicknamed German Shedders, training and we enjoy lots of walks together and trips to the river!
