Reservation Policies

Please Note: The policies stated below are valid at most locations. However, reservation, deposit, and refund policies may differ at some Camp Bow Wow locations. Please contact Camp Bow Wow Clearwater-Carillon at (727) 228-2829 for specific details.

Non-Holiday

• A deposit of 50% of your entire reservation amount will be collected at the time you make your boarding reservation. 
• Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Many times, we are full and have to turn pet parents away, and then people do not show up for their reservation.
• If you cancel 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a  credit in your account equal to the amount of your deposit.
• If you are a no-show or cancel within the 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit your deposit.
• Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

Holidays

• A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
• A 2-night minimum stay is required for holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
• Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
• 7 days’ notice for holiday reservation cancellations is required to receive an account credit equal to that of your deposit.
• Cancellations within the 7-day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their deposit.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• Please note that surcharges are added to overnight boarding price during certain holidays throughout the year. 

Day Care Packages

• Day care package sales are final and are non-refundable.
• Full Day Camp packages cannot be broken into half days
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

CHECK IN: Preferred by 4 PM, which allows for dinner and play time. You can also bring your dog earlier in the day to enjoy a full day of play.

CHECK OUT: The checkout time for boarders is 11:00am. While pups are welcome to stay and play longer at no additional cost, we appreciate you picking up your Camper by 11:00am so we can prepare for incoming overnight Campers. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.

• Multiple dog rates are based on all dogs from the same family staying in the same Cabin
• Only one discount per stay per family
• 401K-9, VIP, and Military discounts available only at full rate
