I love the hours. Buddy is always clean when he comes home. He is always excited to be there. When he sees his halter he gets very excited because he knows where he is going. But most of all, when he comes home he is always worn out!

The staff at CBW are always friendly and show true care for our dog. We enjoy seeing pictures posted to Facebook as well as having the ability to view the webcam. Our dog always loves going to camp for the day or boarding. We are so glad to be a part of the CBW family.

From my first call to the first visit, I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received from Ashley. She was so friendly and welcoming to me and my "Brulee" when we came for our initial interview and comp visit. I also found the camp to be immaculate in every aspect...the outside grounds, visitor's entrance, floors, kennels and the play areas. Even though they had quite a few campers that day, these areas had a very pleasant scent. It's evident the staff takes pride in the appearance and cleanliness of the camp...and that translates to how they take care of their "guests". I felt so comfortable leaving Brulee for a short visit to see how he would adjust. I liked knowing I could watch him from my computer using the web cams available on the camp website...a nice bonus. He seemed to really be enjoying the day and was playing with the other campers. To my surprise, when I went back to pick him up he didn't seem anxious to leave as he had done at other places. Before I left, Ashley fielded all of my questions and concerns about leaving Brulee for a longer stay. And, she gave me a report on his day along with some cute pics of him in the play yard. I feel so relieved to know that we have found the perfect place for him. Thanks Ashley...you even made me a happy "camper"!

Everything! You are kind to all doggies . . . as well as to all the owners. And I don't have to ask any of the dogs either. Every dog that comes to Camp Bow Wow (including our "Beau") comes tugging at the leash to get in. Our Beau tries to leap the swinging door to the office transfer area. So far he has only succeeded in getting his feet on the top of it. Once in, he goes to the next door emitting "Husky dog talk howls." A chorus from the dog area answers. I interpret this as Beau saying, "I'm here. I'm here. Let me in." Once in the office transfer area, he signals to his buddies in the back, "It's me again. I'm coming to play." They answer, "Wow! That's Beau out there. Come on in Beau, we're going to have another great day. The staff just opens the door and Beau runs, with his leash dragging behind him to his favorite play area shouting, "Here I come, guys, Here I come!"

I am always comfortable leaving Gumbeaux in Camp Bow Wow and he is always happy to go there, almost knocking the door down to be there. I know the counselors love all the dogs there. love the special attention Gumbeaux gets on his birthday and other holidays and Christmas. Camp Bow Wow goes the extra mile and is worth every dollar.

One of our pups is very anxious and skittish as he was obtained from a local rescue and obviously was in a sad situation. Camp Bow Wow welcomed him without question and although he may bark upon entering and leaving, it was comforting to be able to watch him while in doggy daycare follow the other dogs around.
