How friendly everyone is and how well they know my Jazz. And most of all Jazzie loves to go to Camp Bow Wow. I can leave her there without feeling guilty or worrying about her while I'm out of town!

My husband and I love the Webcams to check on our pup while we are away. Our dog is always so happy and TIRED when he comes home from camp. I often notice staff giving our dog snuggles and pets when we watch the Webcam, which makes us happy too! Awesome staff!

When we moved to area, I was really worried about Klaus not having dog friends to play with. Now, every week I am practically dragged in by him because he's so happy to there. I love that I can check on him throughout the day and I am contacted even if something minor happens. Lastly, I love that I can genuinely see how much the staff who work there love my dog. I feel so confident leaving him in their care!

My kids love camp they bounce out of the car. My little shiloh was terrified of other dogs but after one stay she wasnt scared and very social. I cant thank you enough for that. Everything from grooming to cuddles to play is outstanding. One a 1 to 5 scale you get a ten.

5+ Stars! We did our homework and visited several boarding options. We even placed Roxie in a couple for try-out day care stays. Cuyahoga Falls Bow Wow was the clear winner! My husband and I liked that the dogs are parsed into play areas by size. In our case, Roxie, who is little, a senior, and is being treated for cancer, is not so overwhelmed that way. Beyond the facility itself, though, is the fabulous, caring staff. It's obvious the owners hire the right people and provide the right staff training. When we must have Roxie boarded, and we drop her off at Cuyahoga Falls Bow Wow, we always leave feeling she will be well-cared for. Great comfort-level. Enough that we drive the 25 miles from our home to get there. Thanks for all you do!
