Peak Times for Boarding Reservations require 100% deposit to hold the reservation.

Non-Holiday

• Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.

Holidays

• Day Camp closed on Major Holidays. NEW YEAR’S DAY, EASTER, MEMORIAL DAY, JULY 4^TH, LABOR DAY, THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS DAY. Pick up and drop off service only for boarding clients.
• All Holiday season Boardings have a seasonal surcharge applicable. 
• A 2-night minimum stay is required on holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
• Holiday reservations require a 100% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
• A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• Holiday Cancellation Policy:
  • 5 days or more of notice*: full refund minus 10% fee charge OR full amount kept as camp credit
  • 4 days or less of notice*: forfeit one night of boarding payment and receive remaining balance as camp credit
  • *Please note: day of cancellation counts as 1 day but the first day of boarding does not (ex. if boarding starts Friday and you call Tuesday to cancel, it's 3 days of notice).

Day Care Packages

• No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
• For package refunds within 30 days, used days will be adjusted to full price from the discounted package price.
