  • Will Randall Owner

    Will Randall, a Frederick County native, is the Founder and President of Randall CAP. Will specializes in family asset management and philanthropic activities, high-level management and leadership development, real estate management, and start-up and entrepreneurial support. Will has amassed a variety of business skills and functions through completion of his MBA from Hood College, his previous role as CEO of Randall Family, LLC, (publishers of the Frederick News-Post and FNP Printing and Publishing), his involvement with start-ups in the mid-Atlantic region, and his various volunteer and networking activities.

    Will is passionate about helping to reinforce and facilitate the economic and cultural growth we are experiencing in Frederick County. He is a 2013 Leadership Frederick Graduate, is active in YPO, the Rotary Club of Frederick and various nonprofits. Will has four dogs who prefer for him to work from home!

  • Brad Paradise Owner

    Bradley Paradise has spent the last 15 years working in Information Technology, mostly within higher education. His work has involved improving business processes and modernizing finance, HR, and student information systems. He earned a BS degree in Computer Science from Frostburg State University and an MBA from Hood College in Frederick. He has built a portfolio of residential and commercial real estate that he manages himself. As an owner, Brad will help with strategy, technology management, and facilities management. Brad is enthusiastic about starting and growing a business of his own. Brad and his family are in the market for a puppy as we speak!

  • Erin Marr Owner / Manager

    Erin Marr has been a Frederick County resident since the start of her undergraduate degree at Hood College 1998. She earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degree there. Erin has held staff supervisory roles in childcare, customer service and fitness industries and has a successful track record working in marketing, business development and operations roles. Erin is passionate about the Frederick community, having worked and volunteered with several local non-profits such as Wags for Hope, Greyhound Welfare, Hospice of Frederick County, the Mental Health Association, and Other Voices Theatre, and is a member of the Frederick County Human Trafficking Response Team. At Camp Bow Wow, Erin hosts Learning Experience Days through Frederick High School's LYNX Program, as well as serving on the Youth Services Committee for Key City Rotary Club. Her passion for learning and higher education has found her working with the Community Foundation of Frederick County's Scholarship Committee. Erin has unyielding enthusiasm, love, and appreciation for animals, especially dogs. At home, Erin and her family have four dogs of various sizes and breeds, two of whom are senior citizens who get all the couch time they like. She enjoys traveling, all things Disney, and all food, as long as someone else is cooking!
