- 50% deposit of your entire reservation amount will be collected at the time you make your reservation.
- A reservation request is not a confirmed reservation until your deposit has been placed.
- If you cancel 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive an account credit or full refund of your deposit.
- If you fail to check in or cancel your visit within the 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, your deposit will be forfeited.
- Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected when you drop your dog off with us.
- A Two (2) night minimum stay is required over holidays. Refer to the Holiday Boarding Section here for the list of those holidays.
- We do not offer refunds or account credits for early pick-up
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
- Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarding is at 11:00am. If you’d like your pup to stay and play the rest of the day, we are happy to upgrade your stay for $15. This extended checkout fee is waived for all holiday and Sunday check-outs.
