Reservation Policies

The reservation, cancellation, and refund policies stated below are valid only at this Camp Bow Wow location and may vary from Camp to Camp. Please contact Camp Bow Wow Goddard at (316) 779-2394 for specific details.

Hours of Operations: Monday – Saturday 6:30AM- 7PM, Sundays/Holidays 7-10AM, 4-7PM 

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MC, Discover, and American Express. Cash and Check are not accepted at this time.

Non-Holiday

• A credit card must be left on file at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Many times, we are full and have to turn pet parents away and then people do not show up for their reservation.
• A 50% deposit of your entire reservation amount will be collected at the time you make your dog boarding reservation. Balance will be collected at pick-up.
• If you cancel 48 hours before the date of your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
• If you are a no-show or cancel within the 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit your deposit.
• Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

Holidays

• A credit card must be left on file at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit for your entire reservation amount will be collected at the time you make your boarding reservation. Balance will be collected at pick-up.
• If you cancel 7 days before the date of your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
• A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
• Cancellations within the 7 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their 50% deposit.
• Major holidays and peak times (dates listed below) will be subject to seasonal pricing of a $5 additional fee per night per dog.
• Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
