Non-Holiday and Non-Peak Times

• Reservations are not required at this time for non-holiday day care. As the business grows, reservations might become necessary for non-holiday day care in the future.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

Holidays & Peak Season

• Reservations are highly recommended for day care during the holidays since we often have a full house of overnight Campers.
• A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
• During the holidays, we are unable to serve day care meals.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

Dog Day Care Packages

• At this time, Camp Bow Wow Henderson's doggie day care packages do not have expiration dates.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• All packages expire one year from the date of purchase.
• Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarding is at 11:00am. If you’d like your pup to stay and play the rest of the day, we are happy to upgrade your stay for $20. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.

Dog Boarding Reservations

• At this time, Camp Bow Wow Henderson does not require deposits for non-holiday reservations and we do not have a cancellation fee.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• All packages expire one year from the date of purchase.

Holidays & Peak Season

• Holiday reservations will require a 3-night deposit at the time of booking.
• A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• Major holidays and peak times will be subject to seasonal pricing of a $5 additional fee per night per dog.
