Camp Bow Wow Hillsboro's dog training services are designed to forge a healthy bond between you and your pup. Our premier dog training services offer variety, flexibility, and can cater to your dog’s specific needs. Our goal is to help you and your pup establish clear communication and enjoy working together. We believe training is a life-long process and should be both fun and challenging.

The training we offer is based on scientifically proven methodology and aligns with the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), the American Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA^®), the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers (CCPDT), the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants (IAABC), and other established animal welfare organizations.

Group Classes

Camp Bow Wow’s group classes include a variety of programs for all skill levels. Our obedience program is split into multiple levels, so pups start with the basics and increase the difficulty through each level as you and your dog progress. Other group classes include tricks, leash-walking skills, CGC prep, and more!

The three levels of our obedience classes are:

Level I—Basic: Builds the foundation of reliable commands like sit, down, leave it, come when called, and leash walking.
Level II—Intermediate: Learn how to get your dog to heel by your side, go to their mat, and add distance plus distractions to all their behaviors.
Level III—Public Polishing/CGC Prep: This level teaches your dog to sit when you greet a stranger, heel in a crowd, and more. They will now be prepared for the Canine Good Citizen (CGC) exam.

Group Dog Training Classes	Price
Level I Beginner - 6 weeks 6 - 1 hr weekly Basic Obedience Lessons for young dogs (3 dogs max per group)	$250.00
Level II Intermediate - 6 Weeks Prereq. of Level 1. 6 week class, 1 hour per week.	$250.00
Level III Advanced - 6 weeks Prereq. of Level 1 & 2. 6 week class, 1 hour per week. Advanced behavior like heel, place, and distractions.	$250.00

In-Camp Training	Price
1 hr Private Lesson Individual training session for you and your dog for 1 hr	$60.00
Play & Train Your dog will spend the day at Camp and receive a minimum of three (3) 15-minute training lessons throughout the day in a play, rest, train, play, rest, train format. The trainer will meet with you at the end of the day for 15 minutes to go over the day and give you instructions so you can continue working with your dog at home.	$60.00
Board & Train Board your dog at Camp and have our trainer work on its basic obedience skills while under our care. Behaviors and commands your dog will learn: • Heeling on leash (eliminate pulling, barking) • Sit-stay • Down-stay • Come / Recall • Place • Out (drop it) • Crate training • Meal time etiquette • Doorway etiquette * Training goals are highly personalized to each dog. Additional Training Options	Price
Puppy Socialization Held on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month, puppies 4 to 16 weeks can play from 10:30am to 11:30am. Puppies 4 months & older can play from 12pm to 1pm. Must be up to date on age appropriate vaccinations.	$10.00
Leash Training Seminar Leash Training Seminar- Times will be predetermined with limited occupancy. Please inquire on dates and times.	$15.00

3 Weekly Training Sessions To maintain consistency in training, we recommend you sign up for 3 Play & Train sessions or 3 Private Lessons or any combination of the two in one week.	$150.00
2 Weeks of Training Lessons - FREE Nail Trim Sign up for 2 weeks of training lessons (6 lessons can be either Play & Trains or Private Lessons or any combination of the two) and receive a FREE nail trim for your pup.	$300.00
4 Weeks of Training Lessons - FREE Bath & Nail Trim Sign up for 4 weeks of training lessons (12 lessons can be either Play & Trains or Private Lessons or any combination of the two) and receive a FREE bath and nail trim for your pup.	$600.00
