Dog Day Care Reservations

Day Camp Information

• Day Camp is currently available Monday through Saturday from 7 AM to 7PM. No camp is held on major holidays for non-boarders. No reservations are needed for all returning campers.
• Socialization Interview: 
  This is a required free assessment prior to your pup's first Day Care or Boarding stay. 
  Interviews are by appointment only Monday thru Saturday 7:15AM - 12:15PM. Your dog must stay a minimum of 4 hours but is welcomed and encouraged to spend the day. Please complete the "request an interview" or call us at camp.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover. 
  A NSF charge of $35 applies to any returned checks.

Day Camp Packages

• Packages cannot be combined with other discounts.
• Day Care packages expire one (1) year from purchase date - any days not used will be forfeited.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

Dog Boarding Reservations

• For all stays of 3 nights or more--a two night deposit of your entire reservation amount will be collected at the time you make your boarding reservation (unless you have a boarding package).
• If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
• Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Many times we are full and have to turn pet parents away and then people do not show up for their reservation.
• If you cancel 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
• If you are a no-show or cancel within the 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you may forfeit your deposit.
• Payment for the balance of the full boarding may be made at drop-off or pick-up.

• Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarders is 11:00am. While pups are welcome to stay and play longer at no additional cost, we appreciate you picking up your Camper by 11:00am so we can prepare for incoming overnight Campers. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.

Holiday Reservations

• A 3-night minimum stay is required at major holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests. The following are considered "Major Holidays": New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas
• Holiday reservations require a two night deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation. (unless you have a boarding package)
• If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
• 72 hours (3 days) notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund.
• A holiday period is considered 2 days before and 2 days after the actual holiday.
• Cancellations within the 3 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their deposit.

Boarding Packages

• Dog Boarding packages expire one (1) year after date of purchase and any nights not used will be forfeited.

• Boarding package owners subject to the same policies concerning cancellations or no-shows.
