Cancel A Reservation

If you need to cancel your reservation, please CLICK HERE to fill out a Contact Us form or Text us at (816) 792-2275. You will receive email confirmation that your reservation has been cancelled and if any charges or fees have been applied.

Dog Boarding: Non-Holiday

  • A credit card is required to be on file at the time of booking to confirm your boarding reservation and must remain valid during the entire boarding stay. 
  • You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours in advance of your check in date without incurring a late cancellation fee. 
  • Cancellations that are less than 48 hours prior to the check-in date or no shows, will incur a late cancellation fee equal to a 1-night charge at the nightly rate for your reservation and will be charged to the credit card on file.
  • All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice. 

Dog Boarding: Holidays

  • A credit card is required to be on file at the time of booking to confirm your boarding reservation and must remain valid during the entire boarding stay. 
  •  A holiday period is considered 2 days before and 2 days after the actual date of the holiday.
  • A 3-night minimum stay is required during holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
  • Please call camp if your reservation request is less than 3 nights. We may be able to accommodate you if we have cabins that are not occupied during the dates you are requesting. 
  • Holiday reservations require a 2-night deposit. The amount charged will be based on the nightly rate for your reservation. The credit card on file will be charged once reservation has been confirmed and a cabin assigned. A receipt will be emailed to you.
  • If we are not able to charge the credit card on file within 3 days from the date your reservation was confirmed, your reservation may be cancelled.
  • 7 days' notification is required to cancel your holiday reservation and receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within the 7-day period prior to your check-in date or you are a no-show, will result in the entire deposit being forfeited. 
  • Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
  • All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

Dog Day Camp

  • Day Camp reservations can be made in advance by using our mobile app or website.
  • For same day reservations, please call, or text camp.
  • Walk-Ins are welcome. We recommend calling camp first, as we cannot guarantee day camp availability for walk-in customers.
  • If you need to cancel your day camp reservation, please call, or text camp by 10:00 AM. This will allow other campers to come in and enjoy a day of play.
  • All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

Packages: Day Camp / Boarding

  • No Refunds will be given on Day Camp or Boarding packages if any package days have been used or after 5 days from the date of purchase unless the dog has been dismissed from camp.
  • Day Camp and Boarding packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused days will be forfeited. 
  • For package refunds requested within 5 days from date of purchase, the day camp days used will be charged at the current full or half-day day camp rate, depending on the type of package purchased.

Check-In/Check-Out: Day Camp

  • Monday-Saturday – 6:30 AM-6:30 PM.
  • Sunday Day Camp hours are 7:00-10:00 AM & 3:00-6:00 PM.
  • Holiday hours for Day Camp are 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (holiday hours are in effect 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday).

Check-In/Check-Out: Boarding

Check-In:

  • Monday-Saturday – 6:30 AM-6:00 PM. (Prefer by 12:00 PM).
  • Sunday – 7:00-10:00 AM and 3:00-6:00 PM. (Prefer by 10:00 AM).
  • If checking in after 4:00 PM, please make sure your pup has been fed prior to coming in.

Check-Out:

  • Monday-Saturday - 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM.
  • Sunday - 7:00-10:00 AM

Extended Check-Out Upgrade:

  • If you’d like your pup to stay and play for the rest of the day, we are happy to extend your checkout time up to 6:30pm Monday through Saturday or 3:00-6:00pm on Sunday for a fee of $10 per dog with a maximum fee of $20.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Multiple dog discount rates are based on all dogs being from the same family and staying in the same cabin.
  • Only one discount can be used and cannot be combined with any other discount.
  • 401K-9 / Public Service and other discounts can only be used on full-price services.

  • Labor Day – SEPTEMBER 1 - (08/30/25 – 09/03/25)      
  • Thanksgiving – NOVEMBER 27 - (11/25/25 – 11/29/25)            
  • Christmas – DECEMBER 25 - (12/23/25 – 12/27/25)
  • New Year’s – JANUARY 1 - (12/30/25 – 01/03/26)
