McKinney Reservations

Non-Holiday

• Deposit is not required.
• Balance owed collected at time of checkout.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• Reservations over 14 nights will require 50% of payment at drop off and credit card on file.
• The checkout time for boarding is at 11:00am unless otherwise noted. If you’d like your pup to stay and play the rest of the day, we are happy to upgrade your stay for $15
   

Holidays

• Holidays include spring break, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.
• A 3-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
• Holidays and peak times will be subject to seasonal pricing of a $5 additional fee per night per dog
• Holiday reservations require a $25 deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
• If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
• 7 days' notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within the 7 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their deposit.

Camp Bow Wow McKinney Packages

• No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
• All services prepurchased on a package expire one (1) year from purchase date and will be forfeited.
