We use the Camp Bow Wow in the New Orleans area. My daughter, in Memphis, had a baby and we needed to board our timid rescue dog here . The staff cloned (copied) her records on request a few days before. They cheerfully met her. Online Maggie looked happier than I have seen her. That is an accomplishment because I have seen her in New Orleans sit by the gate the entire time. Here she interacted with the others. Thanks.

We absolutely love Camp Bow Wow Balmoral. My dog Jax won't let me leave for work without taking him along. He goes Monday through Friday. I never have to worry about my dog's safety and happiness while in the care of the staff here. They are amazing and kind to both of us. Highly recommend!

We boarded our precious baby Roo here a few days and could not be more pleased! This was her first time away from home in three years and we thought she would be sad, but we watched her on the webcam and she was having a lot of fun playing with the employees and other dogs- she looked so happy when we picked her up (and smelled great)! The staff was extremely nice and friendly and they all seem to really love dogs. We will definitely be bringing her back on our next vacation, highly recommended!
