My husband and I have been using Camp Bow Wow for about a month now and L O V E it!!!!! The staff is friendly, genuine, caring, and helpful. After moving some things around in my house last weekend, our dog started acting really odd. He had been at daycare that day so I called right at closing time hoping to catch someone, just to see if he'd been "off" at all while at camp. No one answered (and I wasn't expecting them to), BUT 5 minutes later the owner called me back, not even knowing who I was! He spent the next 20 minutes on the phone with me just walking through what could be going on with my dog. I was so touched, and so impressed with his level of customer service, and when I thanked him, he said "Hey--dogs first." On top of heartfelt people running the place, it's spotless, they are conveniently located and have great hours so I am now able to head to work without worrying that my dog is home alone, bored and sad. And I couldn't believe that they offer an app connected to cameras, so that I can check in on my pup any time I want during the day!! We couldn't be happier with Camp Bow Wow, and when I turn the corner to head there in the mornings, Whidbey starts jumping around all excited because he knows he's going to play with his friends all day! He's happy, and that makes us happy. Thank you Taylor, and thank you to all of the staff. We appreciate you!
