Our Nashville - Downtown Team

  • Steve & Leighann Years Open: 14 years Owners

I opened Camp Bow Wow - Nashville in 2008. After years of owning and operating an IT company, I decided to follow my passion to work with dogs. I strongly believed that dogs deserved better than other options available to pet owners in the area at the time and made the leap to open Camp Bow Wow - Nashville.

Leighann has worked for The Humane Society of the United States for 14 years. As the Director of Animal Cruelty Policy she dedicates her life to improving laws to protect animals nationwide. We both share a deep love of animals and are grateful every day that we get to make a difference in their lives.

What I love most about my job: Seeing the dogs pull their parents through the door because they can't wait to play!

Our Motto: Treat every dog as if they were our own.

Our dogs: Nami (Piglet), Murphy (Mr. Perfect) and Mini (Crazy Coyote).

  • Anna Camp Manager

Hi there! I’m Anna, and I’ve proudly been part of the Camp Bow Wow pack for almost five years. I started as a Camp Counselor and worked my way up to manager, all while ensuring every pup here is safe, happy, and having the time of their lives!

Working with animals has been my passion since I was four years old, when I first fell in love with horses back in Vermont. At Camp Bow Wow, I’m dedicated to creating a fun, stress-free environment for both our furry guests and their humans. Whether I’m giving belly rubs, solving challenges, or managing the Camp chaos, I do it all with a smile (and maybe some dog hair on my shirt).

Thank you for trusting us with your four-legged family members—we truly love them like our own!

  • Lacy Assistant Manager & Camp Scout
With over 9 years of tail-wagging experience in the dog world, I’m the Assistant Manager and Marketing Manager at Camp Bow Wow Nashville—where I’ve been making pups’ dreams come true since 2017! My love for dogs knows no bounds, and I’m passionate about creating a safe, playful space for them to unleash their true potential. Whether I’m working behind the scenes or in the spotlight, my mission is simple: to give every dog (and their humans) an unforgettable experience!
