Boarding Checkout Time

Please note the following standard check-out times for boarding dogs:

• Monday - Saturday: 11:00 AM
• Sundays and Holidays: 10:00 AM

Your pup is welcome to stay as late as 6:45 PM; however, a $15 fee per dog will be charged for any pick-up after the standard check-out time.

We are open Monday through Saturday from 6:30am to 7:00pm! However, our hours on Sundays and holidays are 6:30am to 10:00am and 4:00pm to 7:00pm (we are closed from 10am to 4pm).

Non-Holiday

• A non refundable 50% deposit of your entire reservation amount will be collected at the time you make your boarding reservation.
• Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Many times we are full and have to turn pet parents away and then people do not show up for their reservation.
• If you cancel 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a credit in your account equal to the amount of your deposit.
• If you are a no-show or cancel within the 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit your deposit.
• Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.

Overnight Boarding Holiday Policy

• The checkout time for boarding is at 11:00am. If you’d like your pup to stay and play the rest of the day, we are happy to upgrade your stay for $15. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.
• A 2-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
• Holiday reservations require a 50% non refundable deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
• 72 hours notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive an account credit equal to that of your deposit.
• A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
• Cancellations after 72 hours prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their 50% deposit.

Day Care Holiday Policy

• No Day Care is offered on Holidays.

Day Care Packages

• No package refunds.
• Full Day Camp packages cannot be broken into half days.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
