Plano Reservations

Non-Holiday

• Does not require a deposit.
• Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at pick-up.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

Holidays

• A 3-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
• A $100 deposit is required for all major holiday reservations. Until your deposit is received your reservation is not confirmed.
• Your deposit is refundable if canceled at least 7 days prior to your boarding reservation.
• If less than 7 days of cancellation, your deposit is forfeited and cannot be used towards future stays or as a credit. 
• A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• Major Holidays include the following :
  • Spring Break
  • Easter
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas & New Years

Day Care Packages

• No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
• For package refunds within 30 days, day care packages will be charged at a full or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased).
• Day Care packages expire one (1) year from purchase date any days not used will be forfeited.

Grooming 

• Full Service Grooming Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy: no-shows and cancellations after 12:00PM on the day prior to a dog’s scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the dog’s Full Service Grooming appointment price.
