South Salt Lake Reservations

Same day/ Walk in Day Care is available at no extra charge. Boarding reservations are required. It is recommended to call ahead for availability. Same day Boarding is available at no extra charge. Having a package does not guarantee your pup a spot in Daycare or Boarding during peak times. Must have passed Camper Interview for same day services.

Non-Holiday

• Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarders is 11:00am. While pups are welcome to stay and play longer for an additional cost of $20, we appreciate you picking up your Camper by 11:00am so we can prepare for incoming overnight Campers. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.

Holidays

• A 3-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
• Holiday reservations require a $75 deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
• If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one month of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
• 7 days' notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund.
• A holiday period is considered 5 days before and 5 days after the actual holiday.
• Cancellations within the 7 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their $75 deposit.
• Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

Day Care & Boarding Packages

• Package refunds will be given if the package is not used up to 30 days from the date of purchase, once a package is used no refunds will be issued.
• Holiday & peak times may be subject to seasonal pricing of an additional fee per night, per dog. Applies to New Years, Easter, Memorial Weekend, 4th of July, Labor day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.  Also including minor holidays, school breaks, and weekends. 
• Day Care packages expire one (1) year from purchase date any days not used will be forfeited.
• Dog Boarding packages expire two (2) years after date of purchase and any nights not used will be forfeited.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• Boarding package owners subject to the same policies concerning cancellations or no-shows.
