Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, and K-9 Influenza vaccines required. Dogs must be spayed/neutered if 7 months or older.

ALL CAMPERS MUST MEET REQUIREMENTS

• At least four months old
• Spayed or neutered (if seven months or older)
• Current on Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, and K-9 Influenza vaccines
• Flea/tick free and in good overall health
• No open wounds or stitches of any kind
• Wearing a quick release collar and name tag
• For safety reasons, flea/tick collars may not be worn at Camp
• Dog and people friendly
• Able to pass the interview and trial day

Non-Holiday

• A 50% deposit of your entire reservation amount will be collected at the time you make your dog boarding reservation.
• If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
• Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Many times we are full and have to turn pet parents away and then people do not show up for their reservation.
• If you cancel 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
• If you are a no-show or cancel within the 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit your deposit.
• Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
• Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

Holidays

• Holidays and peak times may be subject to seasonal pricing of a $5 additional fee per night per dog.
• A 3-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
• Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
• If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
• 7 days' notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund.
• A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
• Cancellations within the 7 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their 50% deposit.
• Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.

Dog Day Care Packages

• No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
• Dog Day Care packages expire one (1) year from purchase date any days not used will be forfeited.

Boarding Checkout Time: 

• The checkout time for boarding is at 11:00am. If you’d like your pup to stay and play the rest of the day, we are happy to upgrade your stay for $25. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.
