Non-Holiday

• Deposits are not required if you have a credit card saved on your account.     
• If you choose not to save a credit card on your account, a 1-night deposit per dog will be required for summer Boarding and all major holidays.
• If you cancel 72 hours or more prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
• If you are a no-show or cancel less than 72 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit your deposit or your credit card on file will be charged for 1 night of Boarding.
• Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• The checkout time for boarding is at 11:00am. If you’d like your pup to stay and play the rest of the day, we are happy to upgrade your stay for $15

Holidays

• A 2-night minimum stay is required during holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
• 72 hour notice for reservation cancellation for holidays is required or you forfeit your deposit. If a reservation is cancelled more than 72 hours prior to your drop off date, your deposit will be applied as an account credit.
• Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
