We initially scheduled a two night over New Years with a different place that was much closer to us in the northwest of Las Vegas. This place wouldn’t answer phones or come to the door when we tried to drop off the dogs. This put us 2 hours behind in our weekend plans. We called camp bow wow (at 10am New Year’s Day), they answered immediately and we were able to drop our dogs off immediately saving our trip. They had cameras so we could watch the dogs at any time and they always answered the phone during the hours they said they would. They even provided a courtesy call to remind us about their unique pickup hours on Sunday. They appreciated spending time our dogs. We couldn’t be happier about the treatment we and our dogs received. This will be our place going forward.

This place is fabulous. We LOVE the live web cams. It was so nice to peek in and see how our Mollie was doing. We liked that she had lots of time with other pups, not locked up all day long in a kennel, and they were never left without a staff member in the play area. Additionally, the staff is super friendly, not only to us, but to our fur-baby (we could see with our own eyes courtesy of the live web cams). When evening comes, they aren't in tiny kennels, but in roomy "cabins". I can't say enough great things about this place. Nice job, Camp Bow Wow!!! Thank you, again!
