Since day one the staff has been very friendly and welcoming! My dog was a little skeptical in the beginning, but he warmed right up. As soon and we pull up in the mornings he flys to the door! It’s a great way for him to burn energy while I work long hours. I love that they open early and stay open a littler later than most doggy daycares. The staff is always prompt during check in and check out making my compute to and from work very convenient. I also love that they have live webcams and I can check in on my fur baby throughout the day! The staff really does great with him and I would highly recommended Camp Bow Wow.

10/10 recommend Camp Bow Wow, staff is friendly and I love that they do and introduction process before they just throw a bunch of dogs together.I have a dog that can be difficult and they did great getting him to listen to them distracting him. It's amazing that you can watch your pet online playing. Great quality kennels and walls for the indoor play yards. If you have been there yet definitely set up an appointment. 😊🐕🦴

Both my dog and myself highly recommend Camp Bow Wow West Des Moines! All I have to say is "do you want to go to CBW today?" and my dog gets SO EXCITED he starts to talk and wag wag wag his tail. When we arrive, the entire staff are very friendly and welcoming, always greeting my dog by name with a smile on their faces. I also love that they have cameras so I can check on my dog during the day. The staff can be seen petting and interacting with the dogs too. The place is very clean and has lots of areas for dogs of all sizes to play inside and out during the day. You can even choose a bath and/or nail trim to be done so they go home clean and tuckered out... it's a win win!

I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow. My dog loves coming here! He totally knows he’s going when we drive and and head in that direction he knows the area just like a kid and as soon as we turn in to park he’s wanting to get out of the car! Best place for dogs to have fun and socialize! Thank you to the great staff!

We never board our pup anymore as he is 16, has one eye which is going blind and his hearing is getting bad! Needless to say, I was very nervous about having to leave him for the day but had no choice. He was treated wonderful by a very caring and attentive staff. At no time did he show any signs of being stressed! I would absolutely recommend this Camp Bow Wow and would not hesitate to bring my boy there again!!

My dog gets lots of attention and when she gets a bath and nail trim they do a great job. The previous place we went only gave her limited playtime and lots of time in a small crate like kennel.

I love Everything about Camp Bow Wow. My doesn’t go every y it when o take her she loves it. She comes home tied out and it’s reasonable priced. It’s clean the people that work there are efficient and nice. I love the video cameras so I can see what Autumn is doing. Never had a problem. I totally recommend!!!!
